These Terms of Service govern your use of DynamicPrintShop.net and purchases from Dynamic 3D Print Shop. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them.

1. General Terms

Dynamic 3D Print Shop provides 3D printed products, custom products, personalized products, promotional items, accessories, and related goods and services.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse products or services when reasonably necessary and as permitted by applicable law.

You may not use our website, products, or services for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction or have authorization from a parent, legal guardian, organization, business, or other responsible party when required.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, contact, and order information.

3. Products & 3D Printing

Our products are manufactured using additive manufacturing, commonly known as 3D printing.

The nature of 3D printing means products may contain characteristics including:

  • Visible layer lines

  • Minor seams

  • Support marks

  • Small surface variations

  • Minor dimensional variations

  • Slight differences in filament color

  • Variations in multicolor or gradient filament patterns

These characteristics are normal aspects of the 3D printing process and do not necessarily constitute product defects.

Product photographs are intended to provide a reasonable representation of our products. Actual colors and appearance may vary because of lighting, screen settings, filament batches, material availability, and the manufacturing process.

4. Product Safety & Intended Use

Customers are responsible for following all product-specific instructions, warnings, age recommendations, and intended-use information supplied with a product or displayed on its product listing.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are not intended for safety-critical, structural, medical, protective, or life-support applications.

Products that contain small parts, magnets, articulated components, or removable components may present hazards if used improperly.

Products should be inspected regularly. Discontinue use if an item becomes broken, cracked, develops sharp edges, or contains loose components.

5. Food Contact

Unless a product is expressly identified by Dynamic 3D Print Shop as appropriate for a particular food-contact application, our 3D printed products are not represented or sold as food-safe or suitable for direct food contact.

Customers should not assume an item is suitable for food contact based solely on its shape, name, or appearance.

6. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in that order. An order may be subject to acceptance, payment verification, availability, and production feasibility.

We reserve the right, as permitted by law, to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including:

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Payment problems

  • Material or product unavailability

  • Technical manufacturing limitations

  • Safety concerns

  • Intellectual property concerns

  • Requests involving potentially unlawful products or uses

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, amounts paid for the canceled portion of the order will be refunded as appropriate.

7. Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted for customized products, including:

  • Names

  • Spelling

  • Numbers

  • Dates

  • Colors

  • Logos

  • Artwork

  • Dimensions

  • Design selections

  • Other personalization instructions

Production may begin shortly after an order is submitted. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges except when damaged, defective, materially different from the approved order, or otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Customer-Supplied Designs & Intellectual Property

When submitting artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, names, characters, digital models, STL files, 3MF files, or other materials for customization or printing, you represent that you own the material or have sufficient authorization to use it for the requested purpose.

You agree not to knowingly submit materials that infringe another person's or organization's copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Dynamic 3D Print Shop may decline a custom printing request when we reasonably believe that producing the requested item could violate applicable law, intellectual property rights, licensing requirements, safety requirements, or our business policies.

Submitting a design to us does not transfer ownership of your original intellectual property to Dynamic 3D Print Shop. You grant us permission to use the submitted material as reasonably necessary to manufacture and fulfill your requested order.

9. Third-Party & Licensed Designs

Some products may incorporate designs created by independent designers and manufactured under commercial licenses or other permissions.

The intellectual property rights associated with those designs remain with their respective owners.

Purchasing a physical product does not grant the customer ownership of or a license to reproduce, manufacture, distribute, or sell the underlying digital design unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed on our website and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization charges, or other fees may be added during checkout.

We attempt to ensure that product descriptions and pricing are accurate. If a significant pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact the customer to correct the order or cancel and refund the affected transaction as permitted by applicable law.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times and estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Because many products are manufactured after an order is placed, production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Dynamic 3D Print Shop is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or disruptions outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Our separate Shipping Policy provides additional information regarding processing, shipping, tracking, damaged shipments, incorrect addresses, and delivery.

12. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because many products are custom, personalized, or made specifically for an individual order, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Nothing in our policies is intended to eliminate consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Website Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original content created and owned by Dynamic 3D Print Shop—including our branding, photographs, graphics, written content, product presentations, and original designs—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or falsely represent our original content as your own without appropriate permission.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, designs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

  • Infringe intellectual property rights.

  • Submit fraudulent information.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Introduce malicious software or harmful code.

  • Interfere with website functionality.

15. User Submissions

If you provide reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, or other content, you remain responsible for the content you submit.

You may not knowingly submit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious content.

We may remove content from our website when reasonably necessary to protect customers, our business, third parties, or the operation of our services.

16. Third-Party Services

Our website may rely on or provide access to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, ecommerce platforms, social media services, or external websites.

Those third parties may maintain their own terms and privacy practices.

Dynamic 3D Print Shop does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions except where applicable law provides otherwise.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, products and services are provided subject to the descriptions, warranties, and representations expressly provided by Dynamic 3D Print Shop.

We do not guarantee that our website will always operate without interruption or error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, protections, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dynamic 3D Print Shop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, unintended use, or failure to follow product warnings and instructions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or materials you knowingly submit without the necessary rights or authorization.

This provision does not limit rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.

20. Privacy

Information collected through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Dynamic 3D Print Shop may not directly receive or store complete payment-card information when transactions are processed by those providers.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services, or applicable requirements.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Severability
