By purchasing, using, or handling products sold by Dynamic 3D Print Shop, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and notices.

1. Nature of 3D Printed Products

Products sold by Dynamic 3D Print Shop are manufactured using additive manufacturing, commonly known as 3D printing. Due to the nature of this manufacturing process, finished products may contain visible layer lines, seams, minor surface imperfections, slight dimensional variations, or minor differences in color and appearance.

These characteristics are normal aspects of 3D printing and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Product colors may vary from photographs due to lighting, screen settings, filament availability, filament manufacturing batches, and other production factors.

2. General Product Use

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the product listing, products sold by Dynamic 3D Print Shop are intended for decorative, novelty, collectible, sensory, fidget, promotional, or general consumer use.

Products should only be used for their stated or reasonably intended purpose.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their particular intended use.

3. Not Intended for Food Use

Unless a specific product is expressly identified as suitable for food contact, 3D printed products sold by Dynamic 3D Print Shop are NOT intended for food preparation, food storage, or direct food contact.

Layer lines and microscopic spaces created during the 3D printing process may make some products difficult to fully clean or sanitize.

Items such as cookie cutters, containers, trays, or similarly shaped products should not be assumed to be food-safe merely because their shape suggests a possible food-related use.

4. Children & Small Parts Warning

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD — SMALL PARTS.

Some products may contain small parts, magnets, detachable components, moving pieces, or components that could break into smaller pieces.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are not intended for children under 3 years of age.

Children should use appropriate products only under responsible adult supervision. Inspect products periodically and discontinue use if a product becomes damaged, cracked, broken, or develops loose components.

Products sold as fidgets, sensory items, toys, collectibles, or novelty products should be used according to the age recommendations and warnings provided with the individual product.

5. Magnet Warning

Certain products may contain magnets.

Swallowed magnets can cause serious internal injury. Products containing magnets should be kept away from young children and individuals who may place objects in their mouths.

If magnets become loose or separated from a product, discontinue use immediately.

Seek immediate medical attention if magnets are swallowed or inhaled.

6. Heat & Environmental Exposure

Many common 3D printing materials can soften, deform, warp, discolor, or become damaged when exposed to excessive heat.

Do not leave 3D printed products in extremely hot environments, including hot vehicles, near heaters, open flames, cooking appliances, or other high-temperature locations.

Unless specifically identified otherwise, products are not intended for use with open flames, high-temperature equipment, or applications requiring certified heat resistance.

7. Decorative & Non-Safety-Critical Use

Unless specifically stated and certified otherwise, products manufactured by Dynamic 3D Print Shop are not designed, tested, or certified for safety-critical applications.

Products should not be used as protective equipment, medical devices, life-safety equipment, vehicle safety components, structural components, electrical safety components, or in any application where failure could reasonably result in serious injury or significant property damage.

8. Custom Designs & Customer-Supplied Content

Customers requesting custom products are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, artwork, photographs, trademarks, names, characters, designs, or other materials they provide to Dynamic 3D Print Shop.

By submitting content for customization, the customer represents that they own the content or have authorization to use it for the requested purpose.

Dynamic 3D Print Shop reserves the right to decline custom-printing requests when there are concerns regarding intellectual property rights, safety, legality, technical feasibility, or other reasonable business considerations.

9. Intellectual Property

All original artwork, photographs, graphics, branding, product designs, text, logos, and other original materials created and owned by Dynamic 3D Print Shop remain the property of Dynamic 3D Print Shop unless otherwise stated.

Some products may be produced under commercial licenses obtained from independent designers. Rights to those underlying designs remain with their respective owners or licensors.

Purchase of a physical product does not automatically grant the purchaser rights to reproduce, manufacture, digitally distribute, resell digital files for, or otherwise commercially exploit the underlying design.

Third-party trademarks, logos, characters, school marks, team marks, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Product Photos & Variations

Product photographs are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the item being sold.

Because many products are manufactured individually, the final item may have minor differences in color placement, filament appearance, surface finish, dimensions, or other characteristics.

Multicolor, rainbow, gradient, or color-changing filaments may produce particularly significant variations from one item to another.

11. Product Inspection

Customers should inspect products before use.

Do not continue using an item that is cracked, significantly warped, broken, has exposed sharp edges, contains loose magnets or components, or otherwise appears unsafe.

Normal wear can occur over time, particularly with articulated, flexi, fidget, mechanical, or frequently handled products.

12. Assumption of Responsibility

The purchaser and end user are responsible for using products appropriately and following any product-specific instructions and warnings.

Dynamic 3D Print Shop is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, failure to follow provided warnings or instructions, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dynamic 3D Print Shop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the misuse, alteration, improper storage, or unintended use of its products.

Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Changes to This Notice

Dynamic 3D Print Shop may update this Legal Notice and Product Disclaimer periodically to reflect changes in products, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The version displayed on DynamicPrintShop.net at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
